All payments must be made out to: Absolute Catering Equipment (Pty) Ltd t/a ASAP.
Minimum of 50% deposit is required to commence with transaction and 50% balance to be paid on the day of inspection on Absolute Catering Equipment’s premises before goods will be dispatched.
Please note that equipment belongs to Absolute Catering Equipment (Pty) Ltd until payment has been made in full.
Lay-bys are for 3 months and if not paid within 3 months it will be written off and no refund on it.
Please note quotations do not include transport, installation and smalls unless otherwise stated. Kindly request a quotation for delivery should you require it.
All transport on export sales are to be paid by customer through Absolute Catering Equipment.
No refunds or exchanges. We will not be liable for any damages due to transport (or third party transport).
New equipment: 1 year on mechanical / refrigeration; 6 months on electrical / compressor (refrigeration). All parts are free of charge in duration of warranty except for transport (charged at R5 per km)
Reconditioned equipment: 1 month warranty
Second hand equipment: 7 day warranty as of date of invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: Warranty does not cover mishandling / incorrect use of the supplied equipment beyond manufacturers standards.

7 Days Warranty on Second-hand Equipment, as from the Date of Invoice.
All repairs need to be delivered to Absolute Catering Equipment, or there will be a Cost incurred in the event of Collection.
All second hand equipment has been tested and will be tested on payment. Thereafter all equipment will be purchased without warranty. There will be no refunds and no exchanges.
